The start of Klimahouse 2024 is approaching: the international fair for responsible building that will take place over four days from Jan. 31 to Feb. 3 in Bolzano exhibition area.

The 2024 edition of Klimahouse will have the concept "Building Well, Living Well," which will be developed around four thematic focuses:

Wood,
Energy,
Materials,
Innovation in Construction.
Among the solutions on display at the fair will be innovative products for thermal insulation, state-of-the-art systems for climate and air monitoring in enclosed spaces, as well as technological devices for a smart home.

Adopting a circular approach to construction and architecture, considering all phases of a work's life cycle (from design and construction, to use, to recycling or disposal) is a real imperative today: regenerating rather than building from scratch, preferring modular design and maximum energy efficiency are some of the actions that help limit environmental impact. Building materials thus become resources to be recovered and reused, a fundamental part of the life cycle of the works.Another fundamental theme addressed during the event will be the eco-compatibility and environmental impact of materials, with particular reference to the use of wood as a structural element.

Every year, Klimahouse inspires 36,000 visitors from all over Italy in search of industry news. Klimahouse informs with an event program with more than 150 appointments over four days.
