Improving energy efficiency and reducing consumption

The photos depict some buildings located in the municipality of Arese, in the province of Milan. I
buildings underwent a renovation with the addition of an
"overcoat" thermal insulation system on the second floor. Insulation technique that
involves the application of a layer of insulating material on the outer surface
of the building, thus helping to improve energy efficiency and reduce the consumption of
heating and cooling.
Most importantly, action was taken with a complete removal of asbestos from the roof of the
homes. Asbestos is a hazardous material to human health, so its
removal is essential to ensure the safety of building occupants and beyond. At
place of asbestos, a re-roofing was carried out with the use of the
ARDOGRES® 40X40 tiles. ARDOGRES® tiles are a type of stoneware roofing
porcelain tiles that, in addition to providing protection from the weather, give an
attractive aesthetic appearance to the buildings.
The photos clearly show buildings that have been renovated with great attention
to energy efficiency and safety by replacing asbestos with tiles
ARDOGRES® ARDESIA BLACK 40X40 and STONE GREY 40X40 on the roofs of the roofs
and "overcoat" thermal insulation.
